The Pod MX brace (Made in Australia) is unique thanks to the use of a urethane hinge, which acts like a body's tendon. This offers full range and free movement in the desired direction, while the fiber inside the hinge stops any hyper-extension. Also unique is the patella cup being mounted to the brace's frame and hence being held away from the knee.The patella guard is connected to the hinge assembly and transfers impacts away from the knee cap and into the brace.
