By integrating the wheel design used by the most successful teams in Moto GP and World Superbike championships and further timely geometric designs and research of special materials, Marchesini offers a new generation of wheels that overcomes the extreme demands required to improve SUPERMOTARD performance.In comparison with the previous model, the geometry of the wheel has been totally revised, improving some essential characteristics:- further weight reduction, which allows an increase of the handiness of the motorcycle on bends and, obviously, a reduction on the braking spaces thanks to the gyroscopic effect reduction.- it is not foreseen the use of the inner tube, which allows a further reduction on the weight compared to the mass-produced wheels.- the new spoke design allows an improvement of the sturdiness and the rigidity.In particular, comparing Marchesini Supermotard wheels ( Named Kompe ) with a traditional spoke wheel as currently used in SUPERMOTARD currently the following advantages are found:
