How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password. Please note, if you are a past customer with Motostrano, we recently updated our web site and moved to an entirely different platform. Old user information is not carried over to our new web site.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product. Call our support team at 650-918-6259
What is your return policy?
  Please see our Terms & Conditions for complete details regarding our return policy. Unlike the larger department stores selling sporting goods which can easily absorb, throw away or re-sell your returned goods, we are a small company and survive by a very strict return policy. Returns are highly discouraged but first we want to ensure that you are buying the right thing and for the right reasons in the first place. In our modern consumer society it's common for buyers to buy things to try them or to use them and then simply return them to the retailer, knowing full well that the initial intention was not to keep the goods, but to take advantage of the company's return policy. In the end, we all end up paying for this habit and this is partly why we discourage returns, by having a strict 14 day return policy which also includes a restocking fee. Before you buy anything please make sure it's the right item. Many of our goods are special order items, custom made and unique.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
