The nine degrees of sweep on MTB riser bars work well when your arms are spread out wide, but that bend isn't very ergonomic when your chopped bar is not much wider than a pair of Ourys. The Late Riser is a medium width, shallow sweeping bar designed especially for modern urban applications.
