If you have any questions regarding your product, please feel free to contact us by email or phone with your comments. Please ask any product questions before placing your order. Please also read our Frequently Asked Questions page for answers to the most commonly asked questions. Should you need to return an item, please read our Return Policy carefully: All returns must be pre-approved by Motostrano in advance, accompanied by a Return Authorization #. We cannot process any returned item without pre-approval via a Return Authorization number.

Up to 14 days after you have received your purchase, clothing items may be returned to Motostrano for an refund, exchange or store credit, as long as the item is returned in its original condition, unused, along with all packaging and miscellaneous parts. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

Please understand, like your friendly neighborhood parts store, we cannot take any motorcycle part back for refund. For liability reasons, all parts are a final sale. We will, at our sole discretion, decide if a part can be taken back for store credit. No part may be returned for refund. The part must be unopened, uninstalled and contain all original parts and packaging.

Request a Return Authorization

  • Motostrano has a hassle free exchange or refund policy for all clothing related items.
  • Any clothing item may be returned for exchange, credit or refund within 14 days (extended 2 weeks for holidays and gifts, provided the item is unused and has all tags.
  • No hard part may be returned for a full refund. We offer exchange or store credit returns only for all hard parts.
  • No credit exchange will be given unless all parts and packaging are returned as new. It is very important that all packaging and instructions be returned as new or you will be charged a re-stocking and re-merchandising fee up to 50% of the value of your returned goods.
  • Each manufacturer has their own warranty policies. Any defect or repair return will require an exchange or repair return with the manufacturer. Motostrano does not directly offer any type of warranty for any items sold.
  • No part which has been installed and removed may be returned for exchange or credit. Once installed the part cannot be returned.
  • No item will be accepted for return that has been mis-packed by the sender. Any item that is damaged in transit due to poor packaging will either be refused, sent back to the sender or donated to charity.
  • Under no circumstances may a clothing item be returned or exchanged that shows any sign of wear, use or damage. This includes items which are purchased in our retail location and worn leaving the store.
  • No item may be returned which shows any signs of use or wear.
  • There will be NO credit for shipping and handling amounts of any order.
  • If a back order occurs any customer may call or email to cancel an order and receive full credit.
  • Prices - All prices displayed on this web site are subject to change at any time. Prices may be changed at any time and without notice.
  • Item Availability - All items displayed on this web site for sale are subject to availability of stock on hand. Offering of substitutes will be at the discretion of Motostrano.
To process a return, please use our Request a Return Authorization form and send the merchandise and your original payment receipt within two weeks of the date of the RA# issuance. Please indicate whether you are exchanging the product or applying the amount as a credit. If exchanging, indicate the product of your choice.
