The Alpinestars Mille Shoes are actually modeled after Alpinestars' driving shoes. Very light weight and comfortable off and on the bike. You really can't tell how substantial these riding boots are until you hold them in your hand. Sturdy toe and ankle support throw the image of these boots off visually. A great product.   Tall riding shoe with ankle coverage in a breathable, water resistant suede. The Mille offers an offset speed lace system and a comfortable, flexible rubber sole.     *  Oiled suede upper with leather panels is water and abrasion resistant. Breathable mesh lining helps keep foot dry.      * Soft compound rubber sole with excellent grip. Sole has large Astars logo stamp.      * Shift pad channels dissipate pressure over toe and allow shoe to flex naturally while walking.      * Outer PU heel and toe reinforcement.           * Offset speed lace system closes shoe quickly and Velcro closing tab secures lace ends.      * Removable EVA foam sole provides shock absorption and impact protection.      * Large embroidered Astars logo on outer sidewall.
